How does Delhi's 200-unit zero bill and 50% subsidy work?
Use up to 200 units and the whole bill is ₹0 (zero bill). From 201–400 units you pay 50% of the energy charge, capped at ₹800/month; beyond 400 units there is no subsidy. The toggle reproduces both layers automatically.
